ASAP is a misdemeanor probation office that monitors the treatment and compliance for the Court and/or DMV. Our office, through Akeela, covers the Kenai, Homer and Ketchikan areas primarily. ASAP takes cases once ordered by the Court as a term of a defendants’ probation requirements. We can also take cases before sentencing as self-referrals or cases that require ASAP’s sign off for DMV purposes. Our physical office is located on the Kenai Peninsula at 805 Frontage Road, suite 200 B- Kenai. We also have a mailing address of PO Box 1410, Kenai, AK 99611. Our office specifically, handles a lot of our clients work via email, mail, fax, and telephone. Many of our clients’ rarely set foot in our office which has given us the added benefit of having experience with working long distance to meet our clients needs.
