Akeela, Inc. offers competitive benefits to full-time employees including premium paid Medical/Life Insurance/AD&D/LTD, Dental and Vision coverage, a Medical Reimbursement Account, 2 weeks annual vacation (increased accruals over length of employment), 2 weeks annual sick time with rollover and 14 paid holidays, 401K Retirement Plan offered to all employees (21 years of age and older) with an employer match and safe harbor contributions. Vesting is 100% at time of eligibility.

Background Checks
Akeela, Inc. receives grant funding from the State of Alaska, and therefore all employees are required to pass a background check through the State of Alaska Background Check Program.
